PPC Account Manager:
Responsibilities and Duties
- Managing current and building new PPC online advertising campaigns within the top online search engines.
- Identifying and implementing strategies for increasing new visitor traffic and customer conversions.
- Researching keywords using Google, Overture, WordTracker and internal tools provided to identify and define keyword lists to achieve client conversion targets.
- Assist in layout of website landing pages to help improve conversions.
- Continual monitoring of PPC campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Analysis of PPC campaign strategies and translating qualitative or anecdotal data into recommendations and tactics for revising the strategies
- Creating and reviewing regular sales reports across a variety of campaigns and promotions
Skills and specifications
- Working knowledge of excel spread sheets and other Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical and self-directed when confronted with support issues.
- Ability to manage details, overall flexibility and efficient work habits.
- Active participant in social media including Facebook.
Education and Qualifications
- Excellent Internet and computer skills.
- Minimum of at least three of the following college diploma in Information Science, Advertising, Business, Marketing, English, Journalism or Communications.
- Proficient in the use of Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and other browsers,
- Some knowledge and experience with HTML or website construction and hosting.
